Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

VAT will be applied as per UAE regulations.

Wholesale pricing is applicable as per approved customer category or order quantity.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Hephzio reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order without prior notice.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled without approval.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made as agreed (Cash / Card payment/ Online Transfer/ Cheque)

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability and location.

Any delivery discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours.

6. Returns & Claims

Any discrepancy in quantity or quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.

Hephzio is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, installation, or storage after delivery.

Certain items (special orders, custom items, clearance sales) are non-returnable.

7. Product Warranty

Warranty, if applicable, is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Hephzio’s liability is limited to replacement of defective products only.

No liability for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hephzio shall not be held liable for delays, project losses, or damages arising from product misuse, improper installation, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and materials remain the property of Hephzio and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
