Condition of Goods
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Damage After Delivery
We are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper handling, installation, transportation, or storage after the goods have been delivered and accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, special-order, clearance, or discounted items are non-returnable unless found defective upon delivery.

Approval Required
All returns must be approved by our sales team before sending back the goods. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund / Replacement
